Daniel Greenleaf serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Duly Health and Care, the largest independent, multi-specialty physician-directed medical group in the United States. With a network of over 950 physicians across more than 190 locations, Duly Health and Care provides comprehensive healthcare services to approximately one million patients in the greater Chicagoland area.

Bringing nearly 30 years of leadership experience in healthcare services, Daniel has held executive roles in several prominent organizations. Prior to joining Duly Health and Care, he served as President and CEO of ModivCare, a provider of integrated supportive care solutions focused on improving health outcomes. His previous roles include President and CEO positions at BioScrip, Inc., Home Solutions Infusion Services, and Coram Specialty Infusion Services.

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Denison University and a Master of Business Administration in Health Administration from the University of Miami. He is also a veteran of the United States Air Force, where he served as an officer and navigator, including a tour during the first Gulf War.
