Dale Hockel is the Chief Operating Officer at Great Expressions Dental Centers (GEDC), a leading dental support organization with over 250 practices across nine states. He joined GEDC in November 2023, bringing with him more than two decades of executive leadership experience in healthcare operations and multi-site service organizations.

Prior to his role at GEDC, Dale served as Chief Operating Officer at Dental Care Alliance (DCA) from 2018 to 2022, where he oversaw operational performance and growth across more than 400 affiliated dental practices. He also held senior leadership positions at Alliance HealthCare Services, TriMedx (a subsidiary of Ascension Health), and served in advisory roles at Traders Advisory Services, focusing on dental support organizations.

Dale holds a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Management Science from Buena Vista University.
