Bruno Piquin is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 25 years of experience in payer operations, value-based care, and Medicare Advantage leadership. Since 2023, he has served as Chief Executive Officer of Ensure Data Solutions, a Miami-based healthcare analytics company that supports health plans and providers in navigating the complexities of value-based care.

Prior to joining Ensure Data Solutions, Bruno held senior leadership roles at several major healthcare organizations. He began his career at UnitedHealth Group, where he held various roles, including Executive Director of the SecureHorizons/AARP Division, Executive Director of the Evercare Division, Vice President of Operations for the UnitedHealthcare of Florida Division, Director of Operations Improvement, and Manager of Financial Integration. In 2008, he moved to Amerigroup Corporation as the Chief Operating Officer for Senior & Specialty Services. In 2010, he joined Windsor Health Group as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Medical Delivery. From 2013 to 2015, he worked at Humana as Vice President and Leader of the Northern Division of Senior Products. Bruno then moved to CarePlus Health Plans as President in 2015.

At Ensure Data Solutions, Bruno leads the development of analytics tools and services that help healthcare organizations transition from fee-for-service to value-based models. The company’s platform offers real-time data aggregation, EHR connectivity, and modules for risk adjustment, quality measurement, and care management. These tools are designed to simplify data collection, improve clinical documentation, and enhance patient outcomes.

Bruno holds an MBA in Executive Management from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the Darla Moore School of Business.
